Forging inspection requires years of experience.  Very large draft angles, heavy feature blending, complicated parting lines, die mismatch, shrink and straightness allowance all come together to make these jobs especially tricky.  We have been inspecting these types of parts since the early 1990’s and we are the preferred dimensional inspection source for some of Southern California’s world-class forging companies.  We are fully capable of inspecting against the customer CAD file or using traditional engineering drawings.
